Seychelles are an island group in the Indian Ocean, east of Africa, near the island of Madagascar. The island numbers 115, with only 33 of them inhabitable. Some of the larger ones are Mahe, Praslin, La Dig, Kurus, Felicity, and Fregat. The Seychelles have a sunny and warm subequatorial climate. Temperatures are high throughout the year, most often between 28 and 31 ° C. Nights are more pleasant - about 24 - 25 ° C regardless of the season. In terms of climate, the Seychelles many times outnumber most of the tropical islands in the world because they fall outside of the hurricane range. Seychelles are considered one of the most beautiful and romantic places in the world. Mother Nature has gifted them with divine beauty, combining everything most beautiful in one place. The islands are covered with thick rain forests. Everywhere there is a huge variety of flowers, tropical trees, shrubs and palm trees. The song of tropical birds is constantly heard and boils from the most incredible and whimsical creatures. Seychelles have stunningly beautiful beaches. The sand is light and subtle as powdered sugar, and the lagoons around the islands shine like a mirror in sky blue shades. Around the beaches there are coconut palm groves, and under the water's surface around the shore you will find a unique variety of colorful coral and tropical fish. The smaller islands of the Seychelles archipelago have a small altitude reaching about 5 to 10 meters. The larger islands, however, are made of granite and have a more picturesque relief. The highest peak of the archipelago is called Morne. It rises at about 906 meters above sea level on the island of Mahe.
