Our trip begins with a flight to Madrid, where we will have an overnight stay before boarding the direct charter flight to Punta Cana the next day. When we arrive in Madrid, we have an organized transfer to the hotel where we are staying. So we'll have a day to explore the city, eat tapas, and why not join in some fiesta

We have an early flight from Sofia to Madrid where we have a layover and board the charter to Punta Cana, so we expect to land around 8pm local time. An organized transfer will be waiting for us on the spot, which will take us to the hotel. We check in and it's time to start our 8 days in this tropical paradise.

We have left today a day of complete peace and relaxation so that we can air-condition and adjust to the time zone. That's why we will spend the day on the beach under the coconut palms with a cocktail in hand. For those who do not want to stand still, you can take advantage of the many activities offered by the resort - water bikes, beach volleyball, tennis, billiards, table tennis, bowling, spa, casino, golf and more.

Today is the time for sea adventures - those interested can book a trip to the island of Saona - one of the most visited destinations on the island. We start early in the morning with a transfer to the port from where we board a catamaran and set off for the island. Saona is a large island and one of the most beautiful places in the Dominican Republic with crystal blue waters and fine white sand. On the island we have included lunch and time for beach and sightseeing. The next stop is the blue lagoon - a huge natural pool in the ocean, where you can snorkel and enjoy sea life. Finally we head back to the coast, where a transfer to the hotel awaits us.

Another day in this tropical paradise spent in peace and relaxation among the palm trees. There is something for everyone - from those who just lie down and just have to turn from time to time not to burn a lot on one side, through those who want to move slightly walking from restaurant to restaurant (available in the resort has 8 bars and 11 restaurants), to those who are more active - you can take advantage of the many activities offered by the resort - pedal boats, beach volleyball, tennis, billiards, table tennis, bowling, spa, casino, golf and other.

It's time for another all-day adventure - this time the main attraction are the whales. We start early in the morning because we have a transfer to the port (about an hour and a half), from where we go on a sea photo safari, the biggest attraction being the whales. At this time of year is their breeding season, so we can observe love games between whales as well as mothers with their babies. Then we head to the island of Bacardi, where we have lunch and free time for the beach. The next part of the program after returning to the same is a visit to the ranch, from where we will get on horses and make a short walk with them (about 20 minutes) to the waterfall El Limon - the largest and most famous on the island. According to the locals, there is a belief that whoever bathes under the waterfall will have great riches. This concludes the program for today and awaits us a return transfer by boat and bus to the hotel

Today, with those who signed up for this additional excursion, we will embark on an adventure to the capital of the Dominican Republic - Santo Domingo. The oldest city on the island with over 500 years of history is imbued with a rich history, amazing architecture, economic business center and incredible Latin rhythms. For all who want to get to know the true culture and way of life of the locals - this is a must-see trip. We leave the hotel again early because we have a trip (about 2 and a half hours) to the capital. The first of the stops is Los Tres Ojos (or the three eyes) - a nature park with 3 water caves with crystal clear water and amazing rock formations. We continue to Santo Domingo, where many more interesting things await us - we will see the old colonial city and some of the most interesting sights such as the lighthouse of Christopher Columbus, the first church in America, Columbus Square, the National Palace and others. Of course we will stop for rest and lunch (included in the tour), as well as to tour other parts of the city and feel the atmosphere, culture and history of the capital. After a day full of excitement, we head back to Punta Cana and our hotel.

As much as we don't want to, today is our last day in this heavenly place. At least our flight is in the evening, so we have the whole day at our disposal and we can fully enjoy it. In the evening we will have an organized transfer that will take us to the airport, from there we will fly to Madrid.

We land at Madrid airport shortly before noon. A few hours at the airport and we get on the last plane that will take us to Sofia airport. In the evening we are back home with amazing memories of the great adventure.
