We will gather at Sofia airport, where we will take a short evening flight to Istanbul. At the airport we will have a time of 2 hours and 30 minutes before we move on to the next overnight flight to Tehran. We relax and enjoy the night in anticipation of all the exciting things to come.

We start the day with a beautiful sunrise upon landing in Tehran. At the airport, a representative from a tourist agency, our partner, greets us. They handle our tourist visas, assist with currency exchange, and provide a transfer to a five-star hotel for accommodation. After a short break and settling in, our day continues with the planned diverse program. Our first stop is the Golestan Palace, a complex of majestic buildings adorned with beautiful painted tiles, surrounding a delightful garden. This complex showcases the glory and luxury of the rulers of the Qajar dynasty. We explore the mesmerizing mosaics, murals, and unique architecture that make this place so captivating. In its halls, we discover genuine artistic treasures, from stunning mirrors to a marble throne and towers with views of the city. Golestan, also known as the Palace of Roses, has been used by four Iranian dynasties and represents a symbol of power and beauty in the heart of Tehran. Next, we head to the modern part of the city, where we visit Tabiat, the two-level sculptural bridge that has won awards and is beloved by the locals. This pedestrian bridge connects two parks and offers a wonderful view of North Tehran and the Alborz Mountains on clear days. The day concludes with a return to the hotel and a delightful dinner featuring exquisite Persian cuisine, accompanied by a unique atmosphere, providing us with an exciting experience in every aspect.

After breakfast, we embark on new adventures awaiting us in the exciting day ahead! Our exploration of Tehran continues with a visit to the National Museum of Iran - brimming with its rich history! Collections of ceramics, pottery, stone figures, and wood carvings discovered in excavations from Persepolis, Ismailabad, Shush, Ray, and Turang Tappeh are showcased here. It's not just the exhibits that impress but also the building itself, one of the most attractive and modern in the city. Next, we explore the Carpet Museum, showcasing the renowned Persian carpets. It's a splendid place where we can witness the full range of patterns and styles found in Iran. The day concludes with a return to the hotel and a dinner featuring exquisite Persian cuisine, accompanied by a unique atmosphere, providing us with an exciting experience in every aspect. Today, a long day awaits us, so after breakfast, we prepare for a journey to Abyaneh - a village hidden at the foot of Mount Karkas, characterized by its reddish hue! Thanks to its remote location, the village has preserved its way of life, culture, language, and traditions, reflected in the vibrant costumes standing out against the brown palette of the houses. We will take you on a journey back in time, where despite the adoption of Islam, the locals have retained their national traits, blending them with the new religion. This is one of the oldest settlements, preserved to this day, and the stroll here will transport us through centuries! Enjoy every moment, especially the hospitality of the locals. A delicious lunch awaits us, along with a cup of aromatic tea or coffee, before we head to the Niasar Waterfall! After lunch, we head to Kashan - known as the city of scorpions and the gateway to the desert! This enchanting oasis city, located on the edge of the desert, impresses us with numerous architectural wonders and a historical bazaar known as one of the best in Iran! We explore the Tabatabei House, which will charm us with its intricate stone reliefs, finely carved cypresses, delicately crafted walls, and impressive mirrors and glasswork! Next is the Borujerdi House - richly decorated with hidden charming treasures, and finding them is part of the pleasure of enjoying this beautiful building. The last stop on our tour is the Bathhouse of Shah Amir Ahmad - a 500-year-old temple, an excellent example of an Iranian bathhouse! Richly colored tiles and exquisite paintings adorn it, and the panoramic view of the city's minarets and wind towers from the roof is an additional delight! The day concludes with check-in and dinner at a four-star hotel in Kashan.

The day starts with breakfast, and then we have more exciting experiences in Kashan before heading to Isfahan. We begin with a visit to the Fin Gardens - designed by Shah Abbas in the 16th century, this enchanting place is inspired by its symmetrical proportions, ancient cedars, original pools, and fountains. A symbol of the Persian garden, representing paradise in contrast to the arid landscape. Crystal-clear and warm water flowing from a natural spring passes through a series of pools and fountains, and the trees in the garden are evergreen and over 500 years old! We enjoy the coolness and beauty of the greenery before heading to Isfahan - a city located at the crossroads of major trade routes, north-south and east-west, intersecting Central Asia. The city served as the capital of the Seljuk and Safavid dynasties and is renowned for its beauty, inspiring an Iranian proverb that "Isfahan is half the world"! The tree-lined avenues, Persian gardens, and significant Islamic buildings give this place a visual allure unmatched by any other Iranian city! We explore the Jufra district, where numerous artisans maintain its reputation as a living museum of traditional culture! A stroll through the historical bazaar, the central square, the Vank Cathedral - a blend of Christian and Muslim architecture, and across picturesque bridges. Undoubtedly, the most beautiful bridge in Isfahan, with remnants of original drawings and tiles that adorned its double arcade, is the Khaju Bridge - we are confident that you will be impressed not only by the architecture but also by the local songs echoing under the beautiful arches, attracting large crowds! The evening concludes with dinner at our hotel in Isfahan.

After breakfast, a full day of exploration awaits us in the beautiful Isfahan! Our journey begins with a visit to the landmarks of Naqsh-e Jahan Square. Surrounded by architectural treasures on all sides, with fountains and gardens in the middle, this marvelous space is a spectacle in itself! Its name translates to "Pattern of the World," designed to showcase the most precious jewels of the Safavid Empire. We visit Ali Qapu Palace, which serves as a monumental gateway to the royal palaces in the park. From the terrace on the sixth floor, a splendid view opens up to the square and one of the best perspectives of Masjid-e Shah and the mountains in the background. The palace's tile-covered ceiling is crafted with various shapes to enhance acoustics—a masterpiece of secular Persian art that extends Into the walls, creating a mosaic of shadows! Our journey continues with a visit to Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, dedicated to the respected Islamic scholar. The mosque is unusual, lacking minarets or a courtyard, and the entrance is via a set of stairs. Likely because it was never intended for public use, but rather as a place of worship for the women of the Shah's harem. Delicate cream-colored tiles in the dome change color to pink during the day, and the complexity of the mosaics adorning the walls and the beautifully designed ceiling are a design masterpiece. Sunlight penetrating through several tall, lattice windows creates a constantly changing play of light and shadow, enriching the space and giving a tangible quality to the empty air. The pale tones of the dome contrast with those around the portal, displaying some of the best-preserved mosaics from the Safavid era. Today, after breakfast, we are heading to Yazd - one of the oldest cities in Iran and the former capital of Persia during the time of the Mozaffarids! This is a place that will captivate us with its ancient history, atmospheric streets, and traditional crafts! We will visit the Tower of Silence and the Fire Temple, where the flame has been preserved and burning for about 470 years! This sacred fire is guarded by the followers of the Zoroastrian faith - the oldest monotheistic religion in the world. At the entrance of the building, there is an image of a bearded man with outstretched wings, symbolizing good thoughts, good words, and good deeds! Downward-pointing feathers symbolize the opposite - all that is negative, while the large and small rings emphasize the duality of good and evil and loyalty! After a break and lunch, we will explore the Old Town, one of the oldest cities on Earth, with its numerous wind towers rising above the labyrinth of brick roofs, winding narrow streets, and impressive mud walls! Here, we will be transported to another dimension and delve into the discovery of various treasures - hidden courtyards and teahouses, shops with handicrafts, delicious sweets, and original houses transformed into hotels. Our last stop for today's tour is the Water Museum - located in a restored mansion. Here, we can examine a series of photos, exhibits, and architectural drawings that will allow us to gaze with a captivating view into the old world of waterways that have enabled life to thrive in the desert! We will witness the unique irrigation system of Iran, which has existed for 2000 years. Our day concludes with accommodation and dinner at a four-star hotel in Yazd.

After breakfast, we head to the ancient capital of Persia during the time of the Achaemenids and King Cyrus the Great - Pasargadae, a city that was plundered and set ablaze by Alexander the Great. We visit the tomb of the king, proudly standing alone in the Morghab plain. The unique architecture of the tomb serves as a totem of conquest, combining elements from all major civilizations conquered by Cyrus. Next, we proceed to the archaeological complex of Persepolis, which, at its zenith, was one of the four key cities in the heart of the empire, stretching from the Indus River to Ethiopia. Originally named Parsa, the city was later given its Greek name, Persepolis, after being ravaged by Alexander the Great's army. At a short distance, our next stop is the rock tombs and reliefs at Naqsh-e Rustam. The seven Sasanian rock reliefs, carved high in the rock above the ground, depict vivid scenes of imperial conquests and royal ceremonies. The reliefs above the openings to the burial chambers resemble those in Persepolis, where kings are depicted on thrones, supported by figures representing their subject nations. After this journey through time, we head to Shiraz - the pearl in the crown of Iran. We check into the hotel, where rest and dinner await us.

After breakfast, our full-day tour in Shiraz begins, promising an incredible journey through the history and culture of Iran. The first stop on our itinerary is the "Pink Mosque" - Nasir ol Molk, described as one of the most elegant and photographed landmarks in the country. Inside, it's a true spectacle of colors created by the sunlight passing through the stained glass, forming a magical kaleidoscope of vibrant light patches. Enjoy this enchanting experience that invites you to irresistible photo opportunities! The fact that it has survived earthquakes emphasizes its resilience and elegance. We will visit the Vakil Complex, which includes a mosque, bazaar, and bath. Passing through an impressive portal adorned with pink tiles, we will find ourselves in a magnificent inner courtyard. The distinctive feature of this mosque is its interior, adorned with numerous ribbed columns, creating a mesmerizing rhythm of verticals and arabesques. The colorful and decorative tiles here date back to the Qajar period. After our stroll here, it's time for a visit to the city's most famous market - the Vakil Bazaar! Walking through wide vaulted brick alleys, which are a masterpiece of Zand architecture, we will be led into a labyrinth of streets with an incredible atmosphere filled with handmade crafts, spices, sweets, jewelry, and carpets. Shortly after midnight, in the early hours of the morning, we embark on a transfer to the airport in Shiraz for a flight to Istanbul, where we'll have a brief layover before our flight to Sofia.
