We arrive at Terminal 2 of Sofia Airport two hours before the flight, filled with excitement for the upcoming adventure in Egypt. After a quick check-in, we board the plane, and a few hours later, we land at Hurghada Airport. The transfer to the hotel takes about 30 minutes, offering alternating views of the sea and the desert. We are greeted with a smile at the hotel, check in, and have a bit of time to relax. In the evening, we gather for an informational meeting, followed by a well-deserved rest.

The next morning, we start the day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel, followed by free time for the beach and relaxation. If we feel like trying something new, there are several appealing options: A panoramic tour of El Gouna, known as the "Egyptian Venice" (available at an additional cost); A sea excursion by boat to a small island (for an extra fee); Badawya VIP – an unforgettable trip through the Sahara on ATVs or jeeps, including camel riding (additional charge applies). After these exciting experiences, we return to the hotel to enjoy dinner and get ready for the new day. Overnight stay.

We wake up early for breakfast,check out from the hotel and head towards Luxor, the ancient capital of the Egyptian pharaohs. The journey is long, but we make a short stop along the way to enjoy the views and refresh ourselves. Arriving in Luxor is an impressive experience. We get off the bus and board the cruise ship, which will be our home for the next few days. After settling in, we begin our tour in the afternoon. Our afternoon includes a visit to the majestic Karnak and Luxor Temples. Karnak is a vast temple complex built over centuries and dedicated to the god Amun. After exploring this iconic site, we continue to Luxor Temple, famous for its colossal statues of Ramses II and the avenue of sphinxes. For those interested, there is an optional evening Sound and Light Show that tells the story of Luxor (available at an additional cost). In the evening, we enjoy dinner on board and spend the night docked at Luxor port.

Experience a hot air balloon ride over Luxor – optional, with additional payment. After breakfast, it's time to begin our journey through the West Bank of Luxor. There, we will visit the Valley of the Kings, where we explore three of the magnificent royal tombs, adorned with mystical carvings and ancient treasures. Also part of this impressive tour is the Temple of Hatshepsut, dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut, the only female pharaoh of Egypt. After the tour, we return to the ship for lunch and set sail towards Edfu. In the evening, we enjoy dinner on board and spend the night on the ship.

The day begins with a hearty breakfast, after which we head to the Temple of Horus in Edfu (optional excursion, available at an additional cost) – one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus. This majestic temple is exceptionally well preserved, featuring colossal pylons and impressive wall reliefs. We then return to the ship for lunch and continue sailing to Kom Ombo, where we visit the Temple of Sobek (optional excursion, available at an additional cost) – a unique double temple dedicated to both Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god. The temple is remarkable for its symmetrical design and mystical atmosphere, filled with ancient symbols and legends. In the evening, we return to the ship and sail towards Aswan. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Early in the morning, for the most passionate travelers, an optional excursion is available (at an additional cost) to one of the most impressive temple complexes in Egypt – Abu Simbel. Departure from Aswan takes place in the early hours to arrive on time at the temples carved into the cliffs of southern Egypt, near the Sudanese border. The main temple is dedicated to Ramses II, while the smaller one honors his beloved wife Nefertari. The colossal statues of the pharaoh guarding the entrance evoke awe and majesty, while the intricate reliefs and wall paintings tell the story of his divine nature and military triumphs. Protected by UNESCO, this site is considered one of the most magnificent masterpieces of ancient Egyptian architecture. After returning to the ship, participants rejoin the group for breakfast, check out of their cabins, and continue with the included excursion to the High Dam and the Temple of Isis on Philae Island – a true gem in the middle of the Nile, dedicated to the mother goddess. The temple complex impresses with its architecture, reliefs, and the elegant structure known as Trajan’s Kiosk. Then we head to Aswan Airport. We fly to Cairo, check in at the hotel, where dinner is provided.

We enjoy breakfast and prepare for an exciting day in Cairo. Upon arrival, we head straight to one of the wonders of the world – the majestic Pyramids of Giza. Standing before these monumental structures, we feel transported back in time. We also visit the enigmatic Sphinx and take in the breathtaking views. Next, we enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, where we’ll have the chance to taste traditional Egyptian cuisine. Recharged and ready, we continue to the Egyptian Museum, home to priceless treasures of antiquity – including the golden mask of Tutankhamun, royal mummies, and countless artifacts that preserve the spirit of one of the world’s greatest civilizations. After the two excursions, we check in at our hotel in Cairo. The rest of the day is free for relaxation or, for those who wish, you can join one of the optional activities – an evening Nile cruise with dinner and an oriental show, or the spectacular Sound and Light Show at the Pyramids of Giza.

Our final day begins with an early breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, we transfer to Cairo International Airport for our flight back to Bulgaria, carrying with us unforgettable memories of this amazing Egyptian journey.
