Although Tunisia is closer than Rome, Cagliari is the most Italian of Sardinian cities. Vespas buzz along the tree-lined boulevards and locals hang out in the lively cafes nestled under the arcades in the waterfront Marina district. Like many other Italian cities, Cagliari carries its history with it - everywhere you go, you'll encounter traces of its rich past: ancient Roman ruins, museums filled with prehistoric artifacts, centuries-old churches, and elegant palaces. We'll explore the old town, where you'll have a magnificent view of the bay and the harbor. The old defensive walls are preserved here, as well as two 13th-century towers. After exploring the city, we will head to the archaeological site of Su Nuragi in the Barumini area. Su Nuraghi is an ancient city of the Nuragi people who inhabited Sardinia during the Bronze Age. The town was built between the 17th and 13th centuries BC and consists of a fortress with watchtowers and a residential area that surrounds the fortification. The well-preserved remains of the city were inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997, and are the only way to experience the full extent of the Nuragic civilization. In the evening we drive back to the hotel where dinner, rest, and relaxation await us.

Aside from strolling here, we've also set aside time for you to sunbathe by the emerald waters of the Costa Smeralda! Live every moment on this magical coast and capture unforgettable memories! After the accumulated impressions of Sassari, the next departure is to Castelsardo - the fairytale town! This is a place every artist would like to, if not paint, at least visit to find inspiration. The emerald color of the water is unreal, and the waves turn and crash into the rocks in foam - a sight you can contemplate for hours. One of the things you'll see around every corner here that you can't leave without is red coral jewelry and souvenirs! Here one can encounter many different fruits such as lemons, oranges, olives, grapes and the well-known cactus fruits, natural phenomena, sheltered sea coves and white beaches! Although Corsica has been part of France for over 200 years, it feels different from the mainland in everything from customs and cuisine to language and character. The locals love to explain their Corsican identity, so you're in for many interesting hours, especially if they involve the sacred trilogy of food, wine and harmonious Corsican music!

After breakfast, we have a last day where we can choose free time for beach and fun in the beautiful surroundings of the hotel and the island of Sardinia or join the additional offer: an excursion to Alghero. The town is famous for its extremely well-preserved typical Catalan architecture! Some of the most famous landmarks are the preserved Fortress Walls, gates, and towers, the tallest of which is the "Torre de Sulis" with its 22 meters, and the "Torre di Porta" tower has collected the most interesting stories about the history of the wonderful Alghero. The center of attention is the picturesque historic center, which is one of the best preserved in Sardinia. Surrounded by sturdy, copper-colored sea walls, it is a tight-knit enclave of cobbled streets, gothic palazzi, and piazzas with cafés. Below, yachts crowd the harbor, and long sandy beaches curve north. Above it, all is a palpable Spanish atmosphere, a holdover from the city's past as a Catalan colony. At dusk, we head back to the hotel for our last night here, where dinner, rest, and relaxation await.

After breakfast, it's time to check out of the hotel and transfer to Olbia Airport for our direct flight to Sofia with Bulgaria Air. We bid farewell to the group and wish each other goodbye to new and ever-so-wonderful destinations!
